Newtlings: Movement and Storytelling Easter Special (Part 1)
9 April / 10:00am
Join our Movement & Storytelling series this Easter for a magical, movement-filled journey for Newtlings and their grown-ups alike.
£ 8 per person.
The Golden Hive is a two-part family wellbeing adventure inspired by Somerset’s awakening springtime; blossom on the trees, warming days and the first brave bees leaving the hive.
Held in our beautiful Story of Gardening space, these softly guided sessions weave together gentle yoga-inspired movement, music, breathwork and storytelling, inviting families to stretch, giggle, explore and unwind together.
Expect calm moments and playful ones, all moving at your own pace. All families, of every shape and size are warmly welcome. You’re free to dip in and out as you need, there’s no pressure and no rigid structure, just a playful, open space to enjoy in whatever way feels right for you. This Easter story unfolds across two sessions, sign up for one, or join both to complete the adventure.
After each session, linger a little longer for mingling and refreshments in the Story of Gardening café.
Part One: The First Flight
A joyful springtime quest following the bees’ very first journey beyond the hive. Together, families will help the Golden Hollow bees explore blossom-filled meadows, face gentle challenges, and discover the wide world beyond their tree… with a story ending that leaves the hive needing your help.
Adults attend free of charge. All ages welcome.
