Chefs are working with farmers and gardeners to add final 'stage-ready' touches to festive menus this Christmas and New Year.
Our three night Christmas break, 24, 25 and 26th December includes a decadent four-course Christmas Day lunch, Boxing Day brunch, breakfast each morning and indulgent daily cream teas. The likes of lobster, langoustines, goose and British White beef fillet will all be making an appearance alongside classic turkey with all the trimmings and figgy pudding with crème fraîche gelato.
