‘Tales from the Somerset Hedge’ is a magical three-part family movement and storytelling journey (running across January, February and March) that follows the hidden rhythms of Winter through to Spring.

Held in our beautiful Story of Gardening space, we’ll move through a softly guided tale each month, awakening minds, stretching limbs and tapping into the power of breath. Expect calm moments and playful ones, all moving at your own pace.

The January session explores 'The Great Winter Sleep' - a cosy adventure inspired by Somerset’s hibernating wildlife and sleeping orchards. Wrapped in folklore and gentle movement, families are guided through slow, nurturing yoga, warming breath games and story-led relaxation, perfect for winter rest, connection and calm.

All families are warmly welcome. You’re free to dip in and out as you need, there’s no pressure and no rigid structure, just a playful, open space to enjoy, in whatever way feels right for you.

Two sessions run on each date: 9.30am – 10.30pm and 11am – 12pm

After each session, linger a little longer to enjoy some Live Well-curated refreshments.
