Honey Tasting (September)

Hosted by our bee team’s honey sommeliers, take a tour through nature’s sweet jar, learning about the journey from nectar to honeycomb, what contributes to flavour, colour and aroma and how – much like wine – honey is a reflection of the landscape it comes from.

During the tasting you’ll sample some of the world’s finest single varieties and honey from the Newt’s own bees.
