Guided by our expert friend Martin Bailey, enjoy an insightful and interactive foraging walk across the estate. Explore the seasonal wild plants and herbs ready for foraging this time of year and guided by Martins extensive knowledge, learn how to identify, harvest and prepare foraged ingredients.
After your walk, enjoy a delicious lunch at The Garden Café overlooking the estate and Kitchen Garden.
You’ll take home a forager’s guide, as well as recipes for future inspiration!
