A new tree, a whole new climbing challenge.
Our classic climbing activity gets an arboreal makeover thanks to a new tree to summit. Get closer to nature, learn and develop climbing skills, test your balance and coordination, and discover a whole new perspective from the treetops – all led by qualified instructors, using a secure climbing system designed to protect both climbers and tree.
Age Guidance
Suitable for adults and children alike, aged 6+. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Timings
-Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session.
-Sessions run at: 9:30am, 10:30am, 11:30am, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm
Duration
Each session lasts about one hour.
Please note, a valid Newt membership or day pass is required to book your Newtlings onto this experience.

Is this suitable for adults?
Yes, this activity is great fun for adults and children alike.
What is the minimum age to take part?
Participants must be a minimum of 6 years old.
Do children need to be accompanied?
Yes. A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18 years old and sign the consent form before climbing.
How physically demanding is the tree climb?
The climbing technique requires a reasonable level of lower and upper body strength. Most of the work is done with your legs, but participants should be active and generally fit enough to take part. Our instructors can provide guidance and encouragement, but climbers must be able to carry out the technique independently.
What should I wear?
Please wear closed-toe shoes; trainers are recommended. Long hair must be tied back. We also recommend wearing trousers or shorts for comfort while climbing.
