Day Passes and Information
Members
Entry to the gardens during the Summer Farm Show is included in your membership. No pass or pre-booking is required to attend.
If you wish to book a day pass on behalf of a friend or family member, please follow the usual Guest Day Pass purchase process via the Newt app.
Non-members
The Summer Farm Show is a member only event, however members are able to purchase up to 6 guest day passes via The Newt App, for £25 per pass. Children between 0-16 go free.
Down on the Farm
The Summer Farm Show is a brand new, members only event. For one weekend in July the event paddock will transform into a bustling show field, a chance for Somerset’s farming community to come together and showcase how they steward the land.
We’re bringing the farm to you, with Q&As, crafts, BBQs and live music rounding off the agricultural entertainment.
Ready, Steady, Show
A country show is nothing without its classic British traditions – the sillier the better. Enter Welly Wanging, Ferret Racing and Duck Herding.
Limber up and join the contest to be champion welly thrower, or find a good spot to watch our other spectacles. We’ll also be hosting falconry displays and machinery demos.
Meet The Livestock
Meet our British White cattle, one of the rarest breeds in the country, along with our magnificent water buffalo, which can weigh over a tonne.
We’ll also be putting on heavy horse displays, sheep shearing, and you can even get up close with our fluffy sheep.
Farming for the Future
Alongside our homegrown displays we’ll be sharing the stage with young farmers and exploring how agriculture continues to evolve, from time-honoured practices passed from one generation to the next, to new innovations that look to the future.
With plenty of hands-on, educational and interactive elements, expect a relaxed, family-friendly event that brings the best of the farm to you – muddy boots and all.
