Hort Short: Habitat Creation

The workshop begins at 9:30am, however we recommend that you aim to arrive at 9.15am to allow enough time to park and walk up to the Threshing Barn where you’ll be greeted by a member of our team.
All materials and equipment are provided.
Please wear sturdy footwear and practical clothing.

Your garden is potentially a bio-diversity hub, this workshop will help you to maximise it's potential. Our ecological-gardening specialist will lead you through how to create habitats for different key species. You will construct bug hotels from materials commonly found in gardens, and will be taught which plants provide further habitat seasonally through the year. You will leave with your creations and the knowledge to garden for enhanced bio-diversity.
Coffee/Tea and cinnamon buns are included on arrival
