Nourishment (not Punishment)

Our growers are harvesting healing cruciferous vegetables and mineral rich greens to keep you feeling bright and at your energetic best. Chefs are going all in on good gut health, immunity shots and fermented goodness on special menus this January and February. Restrictive diets are out; comforting, balanced, and naturally nourishing food to fuel is in.

Movement & Storytelling

Our family-focussed movement and storytelling sessions, ‘Tales from the Somerset Hedge’, take their cue from the cyclical rhythms of nature.
