Great Garden Show: Eco Plant Imprints
13, 13 May / 9:30am
Create seasonal botanical art through pressed eco-print making techniques. Workshops run at 9.30am and 10.45am.
£ 10 per person.
In this creative workshop you'll get hands on with a natural printing technique. Eco printing is a sustainable, botanical print-making process that transfers natural dyes from leaves, flowers and plant materials to create patterns and colours on fabric or paper.
Eco-printing produces unpredictable and unique results that capture the beauty of the natural world. In this class we'll provide all the materials you need, and guide you through the process.
At the end, your creations will be left to simmer for an hour and then to cool, and will be ready for collection from the threshing Barn on your way out.
Either a Newt Membership or a day ticket to the Great Garden Show is required to book this workshop.
