Somerset is cyder country, and The Newt’s orchards are home to 70 varieties of cyder apple trees, providing an ever-evolving palette for our cyder makers. This guided stroll tours the orchards, taking in the history of the estate and our apples, and the qualities they bring to each Newt cyder. After the walk, you’ll head to our church-like Cyder Cellar to taste a vintage or two.
