Blenheim Palace* is one of the largest and grandest houses in England. The seat of the Dukes of Marlborough for more than 300 years, it is the only non-royal or non-episcopal house in England to hold the title of Palace. The ancestral home of Sir Winston Churchill, Blenheim epitomises the short-lived English Baroque style.

The Beautiful gardens have been created over centuries by esteemed garden designers such as Henry Wise and Achille Duchêne. The Formal Gardens surround the Palace, and they include the majestic Water Terraces, the Duke's Private Italian Garden, the tranquil Secret Garden, the new Churchill Memorial Garden and the beautifully delicate Rose Garden. If you can find your way out of the Marlborough Maze, there are miles and miles of parkland walks to enjoy.
