With the residents of Hadspen House away for Christmas, the woodland animals have moved in and are making themselves quite at home.

But as Christmas Eve draws near, there's one very important thing missing. The Moon!

Join the youngest woodland residents on an enchanting adventure across the Estate as they set out to find the magnificent Christmas Moon.

Follow the story from one woodland encounter to the next, meeting curious characters, uncovering unexpected discoveries and collecting stickers along the way.

With a little curiosity, kindness, imagination and wonder, Newtlings will discover that sometimes the most extraordinary things are hiding in plain sight.

Complete the trail and take home a special Moon decoration, a little reminder of the magic found along the way.

How to take part
Our Newtlings Enchanted Christmas Trail runs from Saturday 14th November 2026 to Sunday 3rd January 2027, giving families plenty of time to enjoy this magical woodland adventure throughout the festive season.

• Collect your complimentary trail guide from the Threshing Barn and follow the story at your own pace.
• This trail is based around the Beezantium stumperies and Lime Tree Avenue, just past the Gelateria.
