Traditional Skep Beehive Making

Led by The Newt's Beekeeper and seasoned skep maker, Kerry Redman, join us for a full day of skep beehive making. Learn a new skill (or perhaps you are building upon your prior experience), meet fellow beekeepers (aspiring and established) and take your skep away to enjoy at home.
The workshop will include all the materials needed to craft your own skep, as well as a kit to finish off at home.
The workshop runs from 9:30am-4:30pm with coffee and pastries on arrival and a delicious lunch served from 12:30pm-2pm
Meet at The Threshing Barn for coffee and cinnamon buns, before heading up to The Honey House.
