Celebrating time outdoors and the opportunity to connect with nature and join a friendly Newt community, this social session is less about hitting personal bests and more about feeling your best – with all levels of ability welcome. You’ll have a chance to chat, warm up and set intentions with Chris before you begin, with routes changing throughout the seasons.

Meeting at 5pm at the Threshing Barn for a 5.15pm start, the runs will last about 45 minutes.

A valid Membership is required to join our weekly runs. There’s no charge, however pre-booking is essential as spots are limited.

Please note that these runs are open to ages 14+ only. Unfortunately, due to insurance limitations, we can’t accept younger runners.
