‘Waste not want not’ as the saying goes, and you’ll learn how to live the mantra on this engaging and informative workshop.
You may want to solve the issue of a surplus of summer vegetables, or perhaps you’re simply interested in learning an age-old craft. Beth Harper, The Newt’s Sous Chef, will take you through basic theory, the hands-on process of fermentation, and why fermented foods are so good for gut-health and overall wellbeing.
At the end you’ll take home jars of goodness for your pantry, but first head to the Garden Café for a gut friendly, vegetable-led lunch.
Includes two-course lunch. Coffee/Tea and pastry on arrival
