Grounding Walk with Chris Giles

A new monthly date in The Newt programme - greet the day with an energising walk through the estate and forge new friendships in the open air.

Walking in nature is one of the best ways to start the day, resetting the mind, awakening the body and allowing some precious time, just for you, before tackling any tasks.

Led by The Newt’s Movement and Wellness Coach Chris Giles, this social walk will take in some of the estate’s prettiest viewpoints and explore the quieter corners of the grounds.

With no pressure on time or pace, Chris will share his thoughts on the psychology of ‘turning up’, where success is measured by simply stepping outside. Taking place every Thursday for three months, this walk is a great chance to forge new friendships in the open air.

Includes an energising juice, which will change each month.
