Join our experienced teacher in our dedicated yoga studio for 75 mins of meditative yin yoga and breathwork, running on Fridays through May and June.

Yin practice brings connection between mind and body through floor based poses, held for a longer time. In this workshop you will combine breathing exercises with carefully sequenced poses, guided within the comfort limit of the student, who is always encouraged to honour their body.
