Taking place in the warmth of our beautiful Glasshouse, discover the powerful benefits of natural fermentation. Dive into the art of brewing, learn the basics of SCOBY care, and explore how to create bold, natural flavours using ingredients from The Newt’s gardens. With Gaz to guide you from start to finish, you’ll craft a personalised batch to take home and nurture.

Includes a nourishing mid-morning snack and freshly-made juice. The session lasts for 90 minutes.
