Led by The Newts Beekeeper and seasoned skep maker Kerry Redman, join us for a full day of Bee Skep making. Learn a new skill, meet new people and take your skep away to enjoy at home.

Skep making is sadly a craft that is on the endangered Heritage craft list, so to learn this skill is also to preserve an ancient tradition. Learn a new skill, meet new people and take your skep away to enjoy at home.

The workshop will include all the materials needed to craft your own skep, as well as a kit to finish off at home.

The workshop runs from 9:30am-4:30pm with coffee and pastries on arrival and a delicious lunch served from 12:30pm-2pm

Meet at The Threshing Barn for coffee and cinnamon buns, before heading up to The Honey House.
