The counterpoint to Wassail in our estate event calendar, Fire Night is a chance to give thanks for an abundant apple harvest and ward off the winter cold by way of burning effigy – with plenty of warming fare, fire and cyder. Usually for staff and invited friends only, member tickets are now available for the first time ever, to experience this multi-sensory ceremony first-hand. It promises to be a blast!
Arrive from 6.30pm to gather by the Kitchen Garden and enjoy braised stews prepared by our chefs, cakes and treats prepared by our bakers, and plenty of cyder, juice, beers and of course, wines from Babylonstoren. All accompanied by live music from some of our favourite local artists.
Then, soak in the spectacle of fire and flame as we burn a monumental effigy to bid our apple trees a restful sleep, and give ourselves a warm glow to carry us through the season.
ABOUT TICKETS
Members can purchase tickets for themselves, plus one adult (does not have to be a member) and up to four children. Adult tickets cost £40, children £15. Limited tickets available.
Your ticket includes entry, entertainment and complimentary food and drink throughout the evening.
Tickets can only be purchased through our Newt app. Make sure you are on the latest version of the app, logged in and have a membership. The ticket link will only be visible to members who are logged in.

HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS
Once you are logged in to your membership in the app, please follow the below steps:
1 Click 'Buy' next to 'Fire Night Member Ticket' and select how many people will be in your group. Include adults and children.

2 Select the date '10 November' then add details for all members of your group, including yourself.

3 Check your order and click 'Continue' to confirm. Complete payment information.

4 View confirmation message and you will then be able to view your tickets in the app.
