Join our experienced teacher in our dedicated yoga studio for an hour of meditative yin yoga and breathwork, running on Fridays through February and March.

Yin practice brings connection between mind and body through floor based poses, held for a longer time. In this workshop you will combine breathing exercises with carefully sequenced poses, guided within the comfort limit of the student, who is always encouraged to honour their body.

This is an accessible practice for all levels.
