A class for all levels, enjoy a blend of Yoga, Pilates, and Somatic movement, designed to stretch, strengthen, and mobilise the body.

Taking its inspiration from Yoga, Pilates and other Somatic movement practices, this class will stretch, strengthen and mobilise the body in fluid but easy to follow sequences. This is an accessible practice for all levels and you’ll be given supportive props or variations as needed to allow your body to achieve an understanding of every pose.

Following the class, take time to enjoy the estate and a complimentary juice in our Winter Garden.
