We are bucking the trend: this elemental cooking masterclass is led by our very own Beth Hopkinson, master of cooking over open fire. Beth will lead you through preparing your ingredients, selecting cuts and stoking the fire.

You will cover: the practical considerations to cooking over fire and how to prep your cuts of meat and vegetables, how to get the most out of the different areas of heat and how to increase the smokiness. The day culminates in an indulgent feast cooked entirely over the coals.
